Responsive Website

Use a ThemeKit theme to convert a fixed width site to responsive, create a new responsive website or update an existing one to profesional grade.
Avoid using any of the EverWeb default features and the default or third party widgets. These degrade the websites performance in the browser.
Do not use the EverWeb Responsive Row. Avoid using any of the default scroll to anchors features since they are very inefficient and can break other widgets using the jQuery scrollTop() method.

The EverWeb widgets have been around for a long time and will soon be replaced by the ThemeKit themes, widgets and extensions.
These widget will still work in EverWeb but should only be used to update existing websites.
When creating a new responsive website or updating an existing fixed width website start with the EverWeb ThemeKit RWD (responsive website design) theme.
Building it will go a lot easier and the finished site will be far superior in download efficiency to one created with the EverWeb default features and the default widgets or the widgets from EverWeb Garden.
