This is the note without the close function.
The note can be rotated to any angle and has a box shadow to help give the effect of it floating above the page content.
Both the heading and the CTA style link tab are optional.

Radial Background
The Radial Background widget uses CSS to create a background with four colors radiating out from the center.
The widget should be the first item inserted on the page.
Check the Full Width box in the Metrics inspector and set the position Y to zero.
Use a drag handle or the Metrics inspector to set the height.
Chose the colors from the inside to the outside and set the color stop for each. The color stops are expressed as a percentage.
