Password Protect A Web Page

This is a simple password form which requires the correct entry before visitors can go to a page of the site. It should be obvious that the "protected" page must be excluded from the site navigation!
The form has fields for entering the text, a password and the button text. The page link can be internal or external so the form can be used to protect a page on the same or a different site.
There is a field for entering the "Failure Alert" text which will appear when the wrong password is entered.
Styles
The form can use a web safe font or a non web safe or Google hosted font with a web safe fallback. There are controls for adjusting the font size, color, background color and the button font size, color, hover color, background and border radius.
The form itself can have a border with controls for border width, color and radius.

NOTE:
This protection is very basic and not secure. Anybody who can read source code will be able to find the password and enter the "protected" page. However, it is more than enough to stop the vast majority of visitors from entering an area of the site without knowing the password.
