Image Overlay Tint

This is an HTML5 figure element with an image, optional figcaption and an overlay. The overlay color and opacity cn be set for both the on load and hover states.
The caption is centered and its position in relation to the bottom adjusted.
The item can be configured as a hyperlink to an internal or external page and oprn in a new window if required.
If the page will be viewed on a touch device like an iPad where hovers don't work, check the box to engage the "tap" function. In this case, one tap will change the overlay and another will open the linked page.
The container can be styled with a border and/or box shadow with radiused corners if required.
