Hover Scale & Link

The image has a centered overlay link which appears on hover when viewed on computers. When the page is viewed on tablet device which don't do hover, the link is visible. If viewing this page on a computer, reduce the browser width to see the this.
There is also an option for having the image scale on hover if required. The scale effect is adjustable between 0 and 99. The example on this page has the scale set to 20.
The image can be styled with a border and/or box shadow with rounded corners if required.
The link tab can use a web safe font or a non web safe or Google hosted font with a web safe fallback. The background has adjustable color and opacity and there are options for a border, box shadow and hover color.
The link can be configured to open and internal or an external page with the option to open in a new window if required.
As shown in the example the text can extend to two or more lines by using the HTML line break <br> for returns.
