Graphic Icon + Link

The inserted image can be configured as a hyperlink to open an internal or external page with a new window option. A title element can be added. The title text will show on hover.
The image can have a box shadow and/or a contrasting box shadow on hover. There is a check box for creating the correct shadow when the image is round like the first example above.
