Auto Pager Slideshow

This simple slideshow can be set to manual play or autoplay by entering a slide time.
In manual mode, the slides can be navigated using the pager dots or swipe on touch devices.
There is a control for setting the slider to pause on hover when in autoplay mode.
The transition can be either slide or fade and the transition time is adjustable.
The slides can be created as hyperlinks if required with the option to open in a new window.
The slider is inserted into an HTML5 section element which has an optional heading and paragraph for adding info about the slideshow for the benefit of the visitors and the search engine spiders.
The container can be styled with an optional border and/or box shadow.
The slideshow is made responsive by checking the Full Width box in the Metrics inspector and setting a maximum width which is wider than the page content width.
There is an optional footer with auto copyright update and smooth scroll to the top functions so that the widget can create a fully responsive page when combined with a suitable header widget.
