EverWeb Widegts

The EverWeb widgets have been around for a long time and will soon be replaced by the ThemeKit themes, widgets and extensions.
Deprecated Widgets
These widget will still work in EverWeb but should only be used to update existing websites.
New Themes & Widgets
When creating a new responsive website or updating an existing fixed width website start with the EverWeb ThemeKit RWD (responsive website design) theme.
Building it will go a lot easier and the finished site will be far superior in download efficiency to one created with the EverWeb default features and the default widgets or the widgets from EverWeb Garden.

CSS Grid Layout

This section of the EverWeb Widgets website hosts responsive widgets based on the new CSS Grid Layout Module.
This module is the future of responsive web design and makes all the other grid systems redundant. It has been supported by all the major browsers since 2017.
The module allows better page layouts and features with much more efficient code and faster rendering in the browser.

EverWeb Responsive CSS Grid Layout Widgets

These widgets are for use with the EverWeb Web Design software for Mac V2.9 and up.
NOTE: These are third party widgets and are not supported by the EverWeb developers. Please click the contact icon above and use the form for more info and support.
The website is responsive so it can be viewed on computers, tablets and mobile phones.
The widget categories shown below are available now and new widgets will be announced in the EverWeb User Forum as they become available.
Widgets
Widgets allow the relatively inexperienced user to create complex items with little or no knowledge of code. Most of them need no more instruction than those contained if the widget settings panel situated to the right of the design canvas.
Check out the pages in the "Info" section listed in the scrolling section to the right to find out how to install, use, add text to and test widgets.
Categories
The widgets are divided into categories. Each category has a page listing the various widgets. Clicking any widget icon opens a page with a demo and more information about its setup and application.

CSS Grid Layout Widgets

The CSS Grid Layout Module offers a grid-based layout system, with rows and columns, making it easier to design responsive web pages without having to use floats and positioning.
Check out the various packs or use the search function in the toolbar to enter keywords to find specific widgets.
