SVG Icon Dashboard

Navigation is probaly the most important element in a website. If visitors can't see where they are and where they can go to immediately, they will move on.
A dashboard style navigation will grab attention, allow then to quickly to assess the website's content and make it much easier to click through to the other pages.
Icons are a good visual guide to relevence and content and are invaluable for navigating sites where the comtent is not written in the visitor's first language.
Professionals tend to use SVG icons rather than text icons like Font Awesome or PNGs since they are better quality, download much faster and don;t create extra server requests. Using inline SVG code is much more efficient than having to download a large stylesheet like that required for Font Awesome and way more efficent than having to download a bunch of PNG images.
