Elliptical Shaped Hero Image

This widget allows designers to move away from the "standard" hero image which is getting rather overused and to create more imaginative shapes.
The image is inserted over the full width, fixed height background. The shape is created using the border radius property and is infinitely variable. The image has options for a box shadow and the text overlay has a background color with controls for color and opacity.
Images
The background images are inserted in two sizes - one for wide browser/device widths and the other for tablets in portrait mode and phones. The images in this example were cropped to 1600 x 800px and 800 x 800px before importing into EverWeb.
Background
The background area has options for a solid or two color gradient with a slider for adjusting the gradient angle.
Shape
A percentage border radius is applied to each side of the image. Using four sliders, the radius can be varied for each one to create interesting shapes to make the web page design more unique.
When the page is viewed on mobile phones in landscape mode the shape changes to an oval.
Text Block
The text block has a heading, paragraph and an optional link which can be configured to open inernal or external page and in a new window if required. The link can have an optional double chevron icon which is inserted as a CSS "::after" psuedo element..
The font can be web safe or non web safe or Google hosted with a web safe fallback. The vertical spacing between the items can be adjusted.
