The list can be set up on its own or, as in this case, in a two column layout with an article containg a heading, text, styled spans and an optional internal/external link.
List Markers
To make it more unique in appearance the list has custom markers. The markers are created using the CSS equivalent of any of the 100s of HTML icons and entities.

The list container has a headign, text, the list and a paragraph below the list for a disclaimer etc.

Links
Links in text are not user friendly for touch device users so they should be replaced using one or two CTA style links at the end of the text.
Text links also can't fullfill Google's requirements for the clear area around it away from any other active item.
If the item requires more links the ThemeKit Scroll widget can be used and inserted below it.
The link bar can combine internal and external links and can have a scroll animation if required.
Hosted Video
Vimeo & YouTube
Hosted video such as Vimeo and YouTube are not the best way to insert video on a responsive website. These services download a whole binch of assets whether the video is played or not.
To overcome this problem and make sure the player is suitable for a responsive website it is essential to use a widget that is correctly designed and set up.
The ThemeKit Scroll Video player will insert Vimeo or YouTube video with the option of adding a title and a border and/or box shadow to the video stage.
Scroll Animation
The scroll function controls are the same as the other scroll widgets and these allow lot of variations to create a unique feature that will make the page alyout stand out from all these others that tend to all look the same.

Page Scroll
A responsive web page with a lot of content needs to insert as much as possible offscreen using slide in panels and models. If this is not possible or desirable a scroll function will make the page a lot more user friendly for small mobile device users.
The ThemeKit Scroll Page widget creates two action tabs in a container . It appears at the left or irght and vertically centered in the view port.
The scroll down tab moves the page in steps equal to the viewport height. The scroll up tab smooth scrolls to the top of the page.
Controls
The tabs each have their own controls for animation time since the step scroll down time will be a lot shorter than the scroll to the top function.
Important
When using scrolling like this it is important to set the time to reduce the scrol speed as much as possible to avoid a negative effect on the substantial percentage of visitors who suffer from motion sickness.
