The list can be used for blog posts or podcast episodes - either as a main list below a suitable header and intro or for an index of archived material.
The list can contain up to 100 items. Each item has a heading, an optional field for author or info, date field, brief description and a "Read More" link.

- Click the "Add" button
- Select the entry that appears in the list
- Enter the data in the fields provided using the tab key to jump from one to the next
- Click on the list entry again and it will be editable
- Give the entry a suitable name of number to identify it easily
- To reposition and item in the list, hold down with the mouse and drag up or down
