Audio Players

The requirements for a good audio player have changed a lot over the years and most of the original favorites are redundant.
An MP3 player nowadays has all the controls remove and replced by a play/pause tab that is large enough to make an easy target for fimgertips and thumbs on mobile devices.

Video Players

Responsive website video players need show a poster image and to prevent the video file from downloading at page load. The best players download an SD file and give the visitors the choice of switching to an HD file to view on large screens or in fullscreen mode.
Self hosted MP4 is preferable to hosted video such as Vimeo and YouTube.

The row can have 2, 3 or 4 items.
When there are three items the last on aligns itself in the center of row 2 below the first break point.
The items stack vertically on phones in portrait mode.

The columns are created using the CSS Grid Layout Module.
Each column has an <article> element which can have a border if required
The article has a heading, text and an optional link.

The icons are SVGs and are inserted by opening the SVG download folder, double clicking the file to open it in TextEdit in plain text mode, copying the code and pasting it into the SVG code box in the widget settings.

The links are positioned at the bottom of the container so that they remain in line despite varying amounts of content.

Each theme comes with a download link for 100s of SVG icons for replacing outdated PNG icons and inferior font icons like Font Awesome.
