Jumbotron?

A jumbotron is used for drawing attention to a new product, latest news or special offer.
The animation allows the content item to float on scroll. The direction can be horizontal or vertical.
The scroll ratio sets the the distance off axis before scrolling commences. The ratio is variable and can be positive or negative.

Layout

The three column grid layout has the text element in the center above the breakpoint. At the first breakpoint the text becomes full width in row two.

Animation

The animation is preset to a certain extent to make setup easier. There are controls for the rotate angle and for when the animation begins - on enter, span and exit the viewport.
Perspective
The perspective control sets the value in vw(viewport width) units. Decreasing the value increases the effective.
