onScroll MP4 Video

The video player shows a poster image on page load and inserts the video file in two sizes for computer and smaller mobile devices.
The video player has the option to swing up and out on scroll with a variable rotate angle.
Checking a box will pause the video when it moves out of the viewport and play it when it scrolls into view.
This text area is optional and should be used to insert the video title and a description of the content using keywords for the search engines.
