In this example the relative column widths are set to 2:3 and the image overlaps the item above.

The image overlaps the item above by 50% above the breakpoint and 25% below it.
Article
The article is used here between two ThemeKit Lap Over widgets so that the text from the Lap Over widget can move up into the "white" area..

In this example the relative column widths are set to 2:3 and the layout switched to insert the text in column one.
Overlap
The article overlaps the item above by 15% above the breakpoint. Below the breakpoint the overlap is set to zero.
Note that the overlap item needs to be placed on top of the non overlapped item for screen widths below the breakpoint.
Styles
Both image and the text block can have a border and/or a box shadow.
When the border and the shadow are applied to the article the bottom border can be removed for a more professional appearance.
