Responsive video is best inserted as self hosted MP4 rather than hosted video such as Vimeo and YouTube.
If hosted video must be used it should have a lazy loading option if it is not in view at page load.
The ThemeKit Lap Vimeo & YouTube widget inserts the video with a lazy load option and can also show the video title if required.

The array can have four or five images with adjustable spacing.
The images have a caption and can be configured as links. The link icon is added to the caption which can appear on hover.
The image can scale up on hover if required.
